EZCure-II electron beam (EB) system
is designed to cure varnishes, adhesives
and silicone release coatings.
EB coatings are used to replace multilayer
laminations with a single ply substrate
and an EB topcoat. EB coatings
also replace water, solvent and UV
based coatings in high gloss and
tough scratch and abrasion applications.
EB laminating adhesives cure
instantly. This allows for converters to
print, laminate and slit all in-line.
